Global financial services firm BNY Mellon has entered one of the largest pre-lease agreements in India with Prestige Group, securing 960,000 sq ft in Pune. The new office at Prestige Alphatech is expected to be operational in Q4 2024, consolidating BNY Mellon's multiple offices in Pune.
