President of Estonian Parliament reminds Russia of Tartu Peace Treaty

The President of the Estonian Parliament (Riigikogu), Henn Põlluaas, has reminded the Russian Federation of the Tartu Peace Treaty conditions.
According to the document signed on February 2, 1920, Russia recognized Estonia's independence and inviolability. Henn Põlluaas noted that the border between the states, established after the Treaty's ratification, continues to be valid.
Then the town of Ivangorod (Leningrad Oblast) and part of the Pechorsky District (Pskov Oblast) belonged to Estonia. After Estonia joined the Soviet Union in 1940, the territories mentioned above were ceded to the Russian SFSR,
