Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 20 has been declared from retained earnings
for the period 01 April 2021 to and including 30 June 2021 amounting to 313.77409 USD cents per
share, converted to 4,248.46980 ZAR cents per share (using a ZAR/USD exchange rate of 13.5399 as
at 07 June 2021) payable to holders of the Preference Shares as recorded in the books of books of
Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited (“the Company”) at the close of business on Friday, 25 June 2021.
The relevant dates relating to the payment of dividend number 20 are as follows:
Last day to trade cum-dividend Tuesday, 22 June 2021
Preference Shares commence trading ex- Wednesday, 23 June 2021
