Porter's walk-off HR sinks Beech

WCIT opens Saturday at 3 sites -
LEBANON – Addie Grace Porter's walk-off homer to open the bottom of the seventh inning lifted Lebanon High to a 7-6 come from behind home win over District 9-AAA softball rival Beech Tuesday evening.
The win moved the Lady Devils to 8-13 on the season headed into four games Friday and Saturday in the Wilson County Invitational Tournament.
Beech scored five runs in the top of the third, only to see LHS battle back with two in the bottom of the fourth and four more runs in the fifth to seize a 6-5 advantage.
The Lady Bucs knotted the score at 6-all in the top of the sixth when a one-out single by MacKenzie Likeness drove in Brianna Faulk who opened the inning with a leadoff walk.
