SVETA NEDELJA, Croatia (BRAIN) — After acquiring a majority interest in the Greyp in 2021, Porsche announced it has assumed complete ownership of the e-bike brand.Last June, Porsche acquired the remaining 80% of shares in German e-bike drive system Fazua GmbH. Along with Greyp, the brands now fall under the newly created Porsche eBike Performance group.
