Police appeal for help to find missing Carlisle woman

The 27-year-old was last seen in Carlisle yesterday at about 2pm.
Officers are concerned for the welfare of Sophie Burns who is from Carlisle.
A spokesman for the police said: "Sophie Burns was last seen in Carlisle at 2pm yesterday afternoon (31 May).
"Sophie is described as being 5ft 3inches tall, of slim build and has long brown hair.
"She is believed to be wearing a black Under Armour top with quarter zip, black Nike joggers and a pale blue North Face cap."
Officers are appealing for anyone who has information on her whereabouts to contact police. Officers also appeal to Sophie to contact them if she sees this appeal.
