Poland Moves Closer to Passing 'Excessively Repressive' Criminal Law Amendment

On Thursday, the Polish Sejm passed a draft amendment to the country's Criminal Code. Legal experts, including the Commissioner for Human Rights, have criticized it for being 'excessively repressive'.
