A Pennsylvania hunter is charged with multiple crimes after he allegedly shot his neighbor in the head while targeting a deer he spotted on the victim's property. The neighbor, identified only as an 81-year-old man, was hospitalized and needed to have a portion of his skull removed. Michael Lloyd, 30, of Boalsburg, is charged with recklessly endangering another person and related offenses.
