ORANGE COUNTY — Indiana State Police from the Jasper Post on Wednesday arrested Keeghan Chandler Preston Jones, 18, Paoli, on a warrant in connection with a fatal accident that happened near Orleans on Feb. 14.
According to a release from the ISP, Jones was booked into the Orange County Jail and has been charged with two counts of causing death while operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance in his body, a level 4 felony, as well as two counts of reckless homicide, a level 5 felony.
From earlier ISP releases, two Orange County teens, Kyndell Bailey, 15, Orleans, and Jocelyn Phillips, 16, Paoli, were killed in the crash. Another teen, Trandon Blevins, 15, Paoli, was also in the vehicle and injured, as was Jones.
