Panda Express coming to Hendersonville next year
When it will open is subject to change and an exact address wasn't given.
The city of Hendersonville hasn't received an application or site plans for the restaurant. The city has talked to an engineer about a proposed development off of Old Chimney Rock Road, but haven't heard anything else about it since the summer of 2020, according to City Planner Tyler Morrow.
Depending on the size of the building, Panda Express likely won't need approval from the Planning Board or City Council to open; just Planning staff approval would be necessary, Morrow said.
