Paffrath tiny home dreams in southeast Willmar, Minnesota, paused for time being

The Willmar City Council on Aug. 21 approved amendments to the Paffrath purchase agreement that reduce the cost of the land, remove a lot used for stormwater runoff and allow for a development other than tiny homes.
