Ottawa County: Appeals court upholds 2 convictions

News Editor news@presspublications.com In separate cases, the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals has upheld the convictions of two men who were arrested after high-speed vehicular chases. Both cases were originally heard in Ottawa County Common Plea Court.
