Oregon reports 2 more COVID-19 deaths, 435 cases; lowest case count in 3 mos.
PORTLAND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Two new COVID-19 related deaths in Oregon raises the state’s death toll to 1,882, along with 435 cases -- the lowest daily case count in nearly three months, the Oregon Health Authority reported Monday.
OHA reported 435 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 as of 12:01 a.m. Monday, bringing the state total to 138,587. That's the lowest daily case count reported since 424 cases were reported on Oct. 28.
Vaccinations in Oregon
On Monday, OHA reported that 7,390 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of this total, 6,182 doses were administered on Sunday and 1,208 were administered on previous days but were entered into the vaccine registry on Sunday.
