Oregon restaurants had been enjoying a revival this spring.
After a dismal winter, when spiking COVID-19 rates prompted Gov. Kate Brown to shutter indoor dining in the state’s largest communities, reservation data from OpenTable indicates that Oregon restaurant seating was moving in lock step with national trends.
