refined, and not in the way that means "Southern elegance."
Cheers to Lipton Iced Tea, who ponied up with Eron Plevan, head mixologist at Louisville's Gold Bar, to create this modern, better-for-you twist on the classic julep recipe. This recipe looks to honey—not sugar—for its sweet character. Plus, if you drop in a generous scoop of the crushed ice this calls for, you can dial back a little extra on the iced tea's 18 grams of sugar, too.
