University Health reached a milestone in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic by drawing up the 100,000th dose of the Pfizer vaccine and administered it to a person at their Wonderland Mall of the Americas vaccination site on Friday. The logistical operation of mass vaccine delivery began almost two months ago. The operation involved intense logistical challenges handling delicate vaccines at multiple sites, and to date University Health has not lost one single dose according to an official statement. When University Health started they were delivering about 1,500 dosages a day and now are around 3,500 dosages per day with some people already having received their second shots.Kin Man Hui, San Antonio Express-News / Staff photographerShow MoreShow Less
