Commissioners Present: Dean Franchuk, Carla Arthaud, Bernie Marsh, Neal Messer, and Ken Zander. Lee also reports there was a large copper theft and theft of a dump trailer over the weekend, several divisions of the Sheriff’s Department quickly came together and pieced this together, resulting in 3 males being taken into custody.
