Off-duty Pentagon police officer pleads guilty to 2nd-degree murder in 2021 double shooting

Off-duty Pentagon police officer David Hall Dixon, who fatally shot two men in the parking lot of his Takoma Park condo building in 2021, has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
