Oakland: Murder suspect pleads to one day in jail, probation, in killing of woman who knew too much about gang's involvement in triple homicide

The prosecutor blamed problems of proof, but the county's probation office is actively encouraging a judge to reject the plea deal and advocate for a "significant prison sentence."
