WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, NY — A street in Washington Heights is getting some major attention after the New York Post named it the "most in-demand" and "hardest to land" set of homes in the city.
The Upper Manhattan street is Sylvan Terrace, home to a restored row of 20 three-story townhouses tucked away from Washington Height's surrounding grid.
The secretive street is located between 160th and 161st Streets and sits almost directly next to the Morris-Jumel Mansion — the oldest house in Manhattan.
