Nurses awarded $10K retention bonuses from province, other health workers to receive $5K

Nurses who work full time in hospitals and care facilities across Nova Scotia will get a $10,000 bonus this year and can get $10,000 more next year if they agree to work until 2026. Other health care workers are getting a one-time $5,000 bonus this year.
