Notorious Russian cannibal kills cellmate after he was hit with 19-year jail term when officers found a headless body in the boot of his car following road accident

Notorious Russian cannibal Yegor Komarov (pictured), 25, allegedly slit the throat of his cellmate by inflicting a razor blade wound to the 42-year-old's neck, local law enforcement said.
