In order to represent the Republic of Peru and its Armed Forces abroad, 51 members of military institutions will depart on a diplomatic mission, as Defense attachés, to Peruvian embassies in other nations starting February 1.
"You will be part of the network of 120 Armed Forces members who are deployed in 22 countries. Through the approach to local authorities, this network constitutes a powerful tool to build friendly relations with the Armed Forces of the countries to which you are accredited," Esparch expressed.
The military personnel deployed to the attaché offices is made up of 35 officers and 16 technicians from the Army, Navy, and Air Force, who will depart to 16 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Ecuador, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Panama, Spain, the United States, and United Kingdom.
