Norridge remembers Ed Bartosch, 94, library attorney who served as park and school trustee

Ed Bartosch of Norridge, who served as a Ridgewood High School and Norridge Park District trustee and worked as attorney for the Eisenhower Public Library District, died peacefully at age 94 in March 2023.
