Builders in Greater Noida have until March 2024 to complete pending residential projects and registries, as well as address maintenance issues, according to a joint committee formed by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The committee also instructed builders to resolve concerns raised by homebuyers regarding malfunctioning lifts, illegal structures, and pending registries.
