No charges filed over absentee ballot issue in Delaware County election

Envelopes that will contain the absentee ballots for voters to return by mail are marked with postage before being stuffed with the required election material. Every voter that has applied for a mail-in ballot will receive one of these envelopes.
MUNCIE, Ind. — No charges will be filed against a local Democratic Party member following allegations of wrongdoing during the 2020 election. 
Christopher Gaal, the special prosecutor for the case, released a statement on Dec. 8 saying he reviewed the evidence provided by the investigation and would not file criminal charges regarding the case.
