Nightclub investigation in State's Attorney's hands

QPD released a statement Wednesday revealing that the case has been sent to Adams County State's Attorney Gary Farha for review and consideration of criminal charges.
The incident also sparked an investigation into possible liquor license violations at The Barn. Police said that investigation will finish in the next couple of days, and will be sent to Mayor Kyle Moore for review. Moore is also the city's Liquor Commissioner and could take action against the establishment's liquor license.
Quincy Police launched an investigation after Quincy University student Jazzpher Evans said she was attacked and injured at the nightclub in the early morning of April 4.
