NEWLYWEDS who were forced to rearrange their wedding eight times due to Covid restrictions have finally said 'I do' in the day of their dreams.
Ceara Hayden, 35, head of marketing and admissions at St Bees School and Chris Fisher, 34, a technical adviser at Sellafield have finally walked down the aisle after changing the date eight times because of lockdown rules.
The pair said it was a 'sense of relief' when they finally said 'I do' in the glorious sunshine at St Catherine's Church in Eskdale followed by canopies at the Woodlands Tearoom.
"It was the most perfect day," The now Mrs Fisher said.
