New rankings: the easiest Worcester GP surgeries to get hold of over the phone

RANKED: The city's GP surgeries have been ranked according to how easy they are to get hold of over the phone
THE city’s GP surgeries have been ranked according to how easy they are to get hold of over the phone in a new patient survey.
The results of the latest GP survey - which asked more than 1,300 patients in Worcester for their views shows that some surgeries are performing better than others in the opinion of the people receiving the care.
Farrier House Surgery and St Martin’s Gate Surgery both came top according to the survey with 85 per cent of patients surveyed saying it was easy to get hold of the surgeries by phone.
