The winter 2018 anime series
Devilman Crybaby saw its release on Netflix and like a lot of shows that they’re more directly involved in we get a number of language options. Which, honestly, is one of my favorite things about anime getting done on Netflix as you get to see some really interesting dubs produced for it. What they’ve done here on their Netflix Anime YouTube channel is to take a key sequence from the show – which is spoiler-heavy but a key scene to work with – and show it across seven languages to see just how well it works in so many of them.
