Meet Michael Oldenettel, problem-solver.
“The problem is that someone wants to sell their home and we need to figure out what they must do to get the home sold,” Oldenettel said. “It’s not as easy as you think.”
The 54-year-old Oldenettel, a lifelong Jacksonville resident, has been a licensed real estate agent for 32 years. He has served as the president of the local and statewide realtor organizations and is a regional vice president of the national industry organization.
“You’re always dealing with emotions when it comes to somebody buying a home, whether they think there are going to be emotions or not,” Oldenettel said. “It can be challenging. The process may be the same, but the facts of every transaction and the people in every transaction are all different.”
