WESTHOPE, N.D. — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the name of a 72-year-old Westhope man who died in a north-central North Dakota crash earlier this week.
Myron Lodoen died in the Bottineau County crash on Wednesday, April 28.
According to a release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Lodoen was driving a John Deere Gator around 8 a.m. Wednesday to a farmstead on Bottineau County Road 6, two miles west of Westhope.
Cyla McMechan, 18, of Antler, was traveling behind him in a 2008 GMC Acadia when she allegedly struck him from behind, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
