Musicians help hospital foundation Friday

Twenty Sault Ste. Marie musicians and bands are teaming up to raise cash for Sault Area Hospital Foundation’s COVID-19 emergency fund.
They will donate all proceeds from their digital single and album sales on Bandcamp on Friday.

Participating acts include DJ Seith, Dynowaves, Jackson Reed, Man Feelings, A Dire Setback and SlumShine.
Mark Dunn and Nicole Dyble rounded up the talent for the one-day fundraiser.
“It’s great,” said Dunn of the buy-in from the featured musicians.
He considered doing the Bandcamp event on his own, but recognized assembling a wide range of talent meant a “better chance of having an impact.”
