Mumbai: With pressure mounting on the Mahavikas Aghadi via the opposition and central agencies, Home Minister Anil Deshmukh signed the papers for Param Bir Singh's transfer from the post of the Mumbai police commissioner. Parambir has been replaced by Hemant Nagrale, who had been posted as the acting DGP.
