MSCST to facilitate deplorable tribal sections

All the necessary steps which need to be taken up by the Manipur State Commission for Scheduled Tribe (MSCST) for the welfare and well-being of the tribal community will be enlisted in the tentative policy programme, says chairperson Thuigai Mathieu Rongmei.
