MP and furious locals in desperate last-ditch bid to stop Bibby Stockholm barge that will house 500 male asylum seekers for 18 months off the Dorset coast - with migrants given free mobiles, healthcare and an hourly bus service into the seaside town

The Bibby Stockholm - a three-storey and 300ft-long accommodation vessel - was pulled by a tug into Portland in Dorset this morning after setting sail from Falmouth in Cornwall yesterday.
