Mount Carmel man taken into custody by U.S. Marshals, borough K-9 unit

MOUNT CARMEL — A 35-year-old Mount Carmel man was taken into custody Tuesday morning by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force with assistance from the borough’s K-9 unit.
