Motorcyclist who killed pedestrian while speeding at 75mph on 30mph road is jailed for four years

Mohammed Raja (pictured), 22, was riding his motorcycle in Clarence Esplanade, Southsea, Hampshire when he crashed into Kenneth Cullen on November 8 2021.
