Mother, 21, at 'tipping point' living in damp-ridden flat with mould 'on every single wall'

21-year-old Harley Chase, from Port Talbot, Wales, has been living in the house for nearly three years. She said the floor was soaking wet and her clothes and furniture were 'covered' in mould.
