More help needed to fix homes for older Indianapolis residents

Many older Indianapolis residents who live in changing neighborhoods want to stay in their homes. A number of organizations and agencies work to help those seniors avoid displacement and preserve affordable housing, but more assistance is needed for people who can't afford or aren't able to repair their homes.
