Officers Kevin Christmon and Dionne Holliday, who are named as defendants on the lawsuit, were called out to find the boy
Lawyers said that body camera footage from cops show '50 minutes of trauma' 
Footage captures them yelling at the child and telling him he was going to get a beating 
Officer Holliday 'let out five primal screams' in the boy's face,' terrorizing an already traumatized and upset child,' according to the lawsuit
