Mindful Monday Come out on the last Monday of the month to learn the Japanese practice of forest bathing. Feel refreshed as we walk slowly along the trail and soak in the beauty around us. Forest bathing has been shown to reduce stress and improve both physical and mental health. Let’s give it a try!
