Migrant influx overwhelms UWS school, costing kids programs

The city Department of Education is turning a blind eye to an Upper West Side public school so overwhelmed by an influx of young migrants from Ukraine, Russia and Latin American countries that it can no longer provide popular programs due to a lack of space, angry parents told The Post.
