Mici opens 6th location in Colorado Springs

Colorado-based Mici Handcrafted Italian is opening its 6th Colorado Thursday at 3707 Bloomington Road, in Colorado Springs.
Kim Miceli, co-founder and VP of Brand Strategy, designed the store, which includes 46 indoor seats and allows it to offer fast casual service as well as dedicated areas for pickup and delivery, according to a company press release.
Mici also worked with her siblings and co-founders, Jeff and Michael Mici, to develop a new menu, which features their family's Italian recipes.
"Mici is family-oriented and loves being part of tight knit communities like Colorado Springs," President Jeff Miceli said in the company release. "Our combination of generations-old family recipes made with high-quality, clean ingredients; and a modern-day convenient style of service are what make Mici so special. The last two years of growth for the brand have been exciting and successful, and we're looking forward to what is to come."
