Michael Ragusa pulls out of NYC Council race over forged signature accusation

Republican Michael Ragusa on Saturday abruptly dropped out of a hotly contested City Council race in southern Brooklyn one day after his camp was accused of forging a signature on a petition needed to get on the primary ballot.
