Health authorities could use “vaccine ring” strategies to contain Melbourne’s latest COVID-19 spike, with vaccine stocks in place in case the current outbreak grows further.
Federal and state health teams earlier this year readied contingency plans for so-called vaccine rings, designed to use targeted vaccinations of key communities as part of efforts to quash growing outbreaks.
