Measles resurgence fears spark national 'call to action': Top health chief warns UK has 'forgotten what illness is like' with HALF of children in some areas not jabbed as rates slump to 10-year low in wake of Covid anti-vax movement

As few as half of children have had both measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) jabs in parts of London. Similarly low levels are also seen in Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.
