SAGINAW COUNTY, MI -- A section of a key Saginaw County road is set for an upgrade thanks to a grant from the Michigan Department of Transportation.
MDOT is providing a $375,000 grant to the Saginaw County Road Commission through the Transport Economic Development Fund, with the goal of rebuilding North Michigan Avenue between Shattuck and Schust roads in Carrollton Township.
