A gunman who shot a customer at a McDonald's drive-thru has been cleared of attempted murder after he and his gang admitted lesser offences.
David Pugh targeted 21-year-old Adam Caine when the victim was being passed takeaway meals at the restaurant in Bromborough, Wirral.
The 32-year-old hit the front seat passenger in the leg, before the driver dropped his food and sped away from the McDonald's collection window.
