Sam has been undergoing somewhat of a body transformation lately. 
In February, he shared a short clip of his ripped physique and pert derrière.

Sam was seen pointing his bottom at the camera in a pair of grey shorts, before flashing his pearly whites while flexing his bulging muscles.  
He then faced the camera to show off his heavily inked torso, before lifting his leg up on the side of a bench to emphasise his toned pins.
'Flexing into the start of the week checking on my progress after a solid Hiit workout!!' he wrote.
